Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity goals are met.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Valid Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Relevant high school diploma or GED.
