Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accuracy against digital records.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, applying proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize storage layouts and workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
- Assist in the physical counting and auditing of stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
