Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
