Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Picker Packers in Indianapolis, IN. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently by managing the picking, packing, and shipping processes within our high-volume fulfillment center.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality control and damage prior to packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and update status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local driving tasks.
