Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Label and stage shipments for timely dispatch
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse hazards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to South Bay location
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
