Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and purchase orders.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for order accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
