Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Scan barcodes and use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
