Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quality, ensure correct labeling, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and returns processing.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
