Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently to reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload shipments as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site roles).
