Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack items using handheld scanners and RF equipment to ensure order accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation and organization.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols.
- Operational Efficiency: Work collaboratively with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and verify data accuracy on scanners.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
