Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and updating the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move stock.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Equipment Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
