Responsibilities
- Retrieve customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, tape, and padding materials.
- Label packages correctly for timely shipping and tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory for this role).
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification and inventory counts.
- Ability to work in various temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
