Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan and verify barcodes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.
