Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required. We train motivated individuals.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills to follow picking tickets and labels.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
