Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify order details against picking tickets to ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and correct labeling before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification required).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Valid driver's license or government ID.
