Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders.
- Ensure all items are accurately scanned and labeled using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify product condition and packaging integrity before shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is necessary.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
