Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products from warehouse shelves and pack them securely into boxes for shipment.
- Verify Accuracy: Inspect items for quality and ensure all shipping labels and barcodes are applied correctly.
- Operate Equipment: Safely utilize handheld scanners, RF guns, and light forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your packing station organized and the warehouse aisles clean and safe.
- Time Management: Meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- High School Diploma: General education required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual with a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning warehouse management software and scanning tools.
