Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Pack items securely in boxes or containers to ensure safe delivery, labeling packages correctly.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to maintain high standards.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
