Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Verify item quantities against packing slips to ensure order accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
