Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and verify merchandise from shelves and storage areas based on digital pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before packing and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure order fulfillment targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
