Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise and materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and vehicles.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and meet customer specifications.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
