Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify accuracy of orders by scanning barcodes and performing quality control checks before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Label, wrap, and package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
