Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Verify product accuracy by checking item descriptions, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and availability for rotating shifts or weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
