Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities against picking slips and packing lists.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Assist in inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
