Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order tickets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to maintain high quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Label, box, and stage packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and accessing order systems.
- Must be willing to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
