Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
