Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying counts and inspecting for damage
- Organize and maintain clean, safe warehouse conditions following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
