Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, safe work environment
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for order processing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to evening/weekend shifts
