Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
