Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Unload trucks and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and optimizing storage layouts for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
