Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
- Picking and packing orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Performing cycle counts and inventory checks using handheld scanners.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operating warehouse management software and reporting issues.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
