Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (if applicable) or be willing to be trained.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
