Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high-quality fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments and prepare outbound packages.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to work effectively with the team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
