Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments while maintaining organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure accuracy and condition
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse cleanliness procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
