Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse aisles.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience necessary for entry-level positions.
