Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify product quality and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
