Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock replenishment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanning devices.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available for varying shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
