Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders with high accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and retrieval.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform quality checks on packaged goods before shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection if required for remote management tasks.
