Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification available upon request).
- Conduct quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price checks.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
