Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment and storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory checks and update digital logs.
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided on-site).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and loading dock environments.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for this role).
