Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to process shipments and labels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans facility.
- Must be able to pass a standard drug screen (background check waiver available).
