Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the storage area.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace to maintain safety and efficiency at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance metrics.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential; background check required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if performing outdoor duties (e.g., loading docks).
