Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
