Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, inspect for damages, and log items into the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Perform cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Documentation: Properly label and tag all outgoing packages and maintain shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
