Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, check incoming shipments for damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
