In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns and errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining organized stock areas to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Loading & Unloading: Receive and unload incoming freight, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking orders and handling inventory.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work orders and communicate effectively with team supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
