Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory status.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and physical handling.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to work well within a team structure.
