Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
