Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and care.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily production quotas.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of all stored goods.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (Forklift Certification) required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
