Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and responsibly.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Process returns, exchanges, and damaged goods according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
